How to Apply
Getting a device on installment through Nteqo takes minutes, not days.
Choose your device
Visit any Nteqo-partnered retailer and select the device you want. Look for the Nteqo badge in-store or online.
Select a plan
Pick the installment term that suits your budget. Your retailer will show you the monthly payment for each option.
Complete the agreement
Sign your installment agreement digitally. The process takes under 5 minutes and requires only a valid ID.
Activate and go
Your device is activated immediately. Your first payment is due 30 days from the agreement date.
Eligibility
No credit check is required. Nteqo uses its own risk assessment model based on your agreement history.
Plan FAQs
Yes. You can settle your remaining balance at any time with no early repayment fee. Log in to your customer portal and select 'Settle Balance'.
You will receive a reminder notification. After a grace period, your device may be restricted until the overdue amount is cleared. See our Device Management page for the full enforcement timeline.
On the 24-month plan, you are eligible for a device upgrade from month 18 onwards, subject to your account being in good standing.
Yes. Your interest rate is locked at the time of signing and will not change for the duration of your agreement.
